Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility:

Timeframe: You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition:
Fabric: Precut Fabric sets must be - Uncut, Unwashed, and in its original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. We understand you may want to inspect the fabric, but please take care to avoid cutting, washing, or altering it in any way. Any fabric that has been cut, washed, or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.
Sewing Accessories: Sewing accessories (e.g., scissors, rotary cutters, needles, thread) must be - Unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Exceptions:
Clearance or Sale Items - are NOT returnable!
Custom Cut Items such as : Fabrics, Batting, Interlinig, Stabilizers, Aplicacion paper and etc. - are NOT returnable!
Digital Products: digital patterns, tutorials, etc. - are NOT returnable!

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at marinika24@aol.com within the timeframe stated above to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Return Authorization (RA): We may ask for photos to assess the condition of the item.
Packaging: Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item arrives safely.
We may offer a pre-paid return label in certain circumstances (e.g., if the item was damaged in transit).

3. Refunds:

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only, excluding any original shipping charges.
Processing Time: Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item(s).

4. Exchanges:

Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please contact our customer service team.
Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, and we will cover a half of the the cost of shipping the new item to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at marinika24@aol.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
